Fully Automatic Production Line
Cell Cutting
Automatic laser cutting/splitting of solar cells into required size (different kinds of half-cell cut).
EL Inspection
ELtest to detect microcracks, broken cells and defects.
Automatic gluing
Junction box is mounted and sealed with automatic adhesive dispensing.
Automatic Welding
Cells are automatically interconnected with solder ribbons into strings via infrared soldering.
Trimming
Excess EVA and flash around the edges are removed.
Curing
Junction box adhesive cures to ensure waterproof and reliable bonding.
Lay-up
Glass, EVA, cell strings, EVA and backsheet are automatically stacked in the correct sequence.
Visual Inspection
Automated optical inspection of surface and edge quality.
Final Testing (Flash / IV Test)
Electrical performance, insulation and safety tests on the finished module.
Lamination
The stack is sealed under vacuum at high temperature and pressure in the laminator.
Automatic Framing
Aluminum alloy frames are mounted and sealed onto the module.
Packaging & Warehousing
Labeling, corner protection, packing and palletizing for storage.
